I bought a laptop which is HP ENVY 360 15.6IN FULL HD on July 17. In 20 days, we had a problem about microphone. On August 13, they gave me a new laptop which was the same the old one. After that, the new laptop had the same problem. Today I went to the store with the request of changing my laptop. However, the price of the laptop went up, so they wanted me to pay extra money for the same computer. However, the issue was not because of me. I believe that you have to pay for what you gave me. I have been having difficulty because of my classes. I really am dissappointed because of your company. I thought it was trustable.

Good afternoon, FTIMUR,
Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us. Hearing you had an issue with one laptop is certainly disappointing, so to hear you've now been having the same issue with its replacement is especially disheartening, and I apologize for the inconvenience this experience has undoubtedly caused.
As it sounds like you're aware, we'll be unable to offer you the sale price of an item once that sale or promotional period has ended. As such, if the laptop you're looking to exchange your current model for is higher in price, you'll need to pay the difference in price, as your local Best Buy store has mentioned. Alternatively, if you would rather keep the laptop you have, you may be able to utilize HP's manufacturer warranty to repair the issue you've been having with the microphone. If this is something you'd be interested in, you're welcome to schedule a repair service with our Geek Squad online here, or by phone at 1-800-433-5778. Otherwise, you may be able to work with HP directly to obtain service through their manufacturer warranty, and you'll be able to connect with their customer support team here.
Hope this helps,
