Your service provider you use on your store card keeps changing the due date every month and collecting late fees.
I was thinking about buying a Nikon Z6 through Best Buy to be honesst I don't want any extended payments from you for the reason outlined above.
Unless they stop that behavior and/or refund the fees they charge in relation to it. I use bill pay through my bank and prefer to make my payments on the same date each month. You charge me extra for that so to be honest I'm looking elsewhere to make the purchase.
I'd like to file a formal complaint about the practice.
I could try the state attorney general's office but I thought I'd start here first.

an example. I paid you $850 last month. Your bank ignored that and said I'd owe $30 if I didn't send another $25 to cover the minimum payment. It's a real turn off folks.

Although called the My Best Buy Credit Cards, the card holding company is Citibank N.A. You'd have to reach out to them for assistance for the credit card you're speaking about. Best Buy would be unable to assist with this question, but I'm sure they appreciate your feedback!
Hoping for the best! Their number is 1-888-574-1301.
