Complainants and it’s unprofessional service

Best Buy is the worst in justifying a complaint for any customer when you have experience a negative services in store and when calling customer service itself. Moreover, their customer service needs a lot of improvements!

Are there any specifics the moderators here can help you address?  They work at the corporate office and can help resolve issues or log it at the corporate level on your behalf.

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.

I’ve spoken to the customer service by contacting them by via telephone. However, those employees from customer service does not want to justify my matter with inventory nor want to take any complaints with lack of its in store service overall. With my experience, they do not want to go above and beyond with their service and rather doing their basic job. If a customer have a complaint regardless, they do not want to assist you rather passing your inquiry along their colleagues when you demand in speaking with higher management. What kind of customer service business is this? I hope Better Business Bureau knows about this!
