On 6/7 when I ordered Dish TV service I was asked if I wanted a Best Buy Service Membership. I agreed and was told it would cost $19.95 a month plus tax. On 6/8 when I received email describing services that would be provided by Geek Squad, I realized this isn't anything I would be using so I called and canceled. At that time, I asked that the $21.18 charged against my debit card be credited back. I was assured it would be. Well that didn't happen. Reference number for call was {Removed per forum guideleines}. Membership # {Removed per forum guideleines}.
The charge went thru and has not been credited. How do I get my money back?

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I'm sorry about the issues getting that refund out to you.
It can sometimes take several days, and occasionally up to a full billing cycle, for a refund to show on your account. I'd suggest reaching out to your credit card provider to see if they have a pending refund on your account.
