Charge to my credit card

I have 21.69 charged twice to my credit card. Shows GEEKSQUAD RENE00015784 WITH REFERENCE# 5014 and #0565. I don't have anything with you guys and i need to know why thus is charged to me and i need them removed. Seems like several people are getting charges from you guys.

Based on what you typed above, this is a renewal of some sort. Not sure what it is at that price point, but you can look it up online or call our 1-888-BESTBUY number for more information.

But I have not bought anything from you and how you have this credit card info is odd because I only use it at walmart. I had to register to even ask about this. I'm not one of your customers.

I’m only going off the information you’ve provided above. A charge was definitely made to the card in the past, otherwise we would not have the ability to renew. The RENE00015784 part of the charge confirms that it is a renewal, whenever a customer signs up it requires customer acknowledgement on the keypad and it shows clearly in an online basket. I would encourage you to reach out to the number above if you truly don’t have an account. The team here will provide the same answer when they reach your post, they are not equipped to start or stop subscriptions.

Welcome to our community! We sincerely appreciate you bringing these odd charges for $21.69 to our attention. I understand it can be tad concerning when you’re not quite sure what they’re for. I’d be happy to see what additional light we can shed on this matter for you.

 

As jdogg836 shared, the charges you’re seeing your end are most likely renewal fees that were agreed to at the time of the original purchase. Please note all members of our forum community would be need to be registered on our community to post to us as that’s just a part of our process. This registration would be separate if they have a purchasing profile on our website.

 

Have you taken the time  to review our Statement Charges help guide? It provides some suggestions of what the renewal could be for. We’d be happy to see if we can pinpoint it further for you; however, we’d be unable to cancel that plan or subscription on your behalf. You're most likely viewing on a mobile device, unfortunately they don't show the full website.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Full" link.  This may be hard to view on a small device, but you should be able to see it then.
