Change form of payment

I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 920 when it was on sale for $1399. When I purchased the laptop I paid partially with cash and partially with a credit card. I just got a new credit card and it has an extended manufacturer warranty and I want to put the purchase on this card. Unfortunately, the Lenovo Yoga 920 is no longer on sale. I was wondering if there was anyway to honor the original price I paid and just do a refund and repurchase on to the new card?

Re: Change form of payment

Once a sale has expired it cannot be honored again. You would be paying full price for the unit if you did this.

Re: Change form of payment

Hello Sam,

Welcome to our community. It's always good to be on the lookout for the best offer, for sure. I take that approach to my purchases too.

In this case, hockeycanuckjc is quite right. Promotional pricing cannot be provided after the offer has elapsed. If you were to seek a refund and repurchase the computer, the new purchase would be at the currently available pricing.

I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
