Celeste Love Seat Refund

I purchased a love seat back on July 15th, I recieved it July 23rd, it came with a missing piece, so I called asking for the missing piece, told I'd be contacted about it, never got that call. I ended up not enjoying the couch, too stiff, didn't like the style, plus the missing piece, so I requested a refund. They made a case number {removed per forum guidelines}, and they said they'd get back to me within 10 business days. 11 business days later I call, they said I should have recieved an email by now, so they said the case worker will give me a call within 24-48 hours. Nothing. So I call again, asking to see an update, they said they'll get this to management, that was 3 days ago and still no call, email, anything. I just want this couch out, and I want my money back. I have no idea what to do, because I keep getting pushed away. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! As someone who is currently looking for a new love seat for my home, I know that is a big decision! While I'm sad to hear that yours didn't work out as you had hoped, I'm glad you took the time to share your experience with us.


It's never fun to wait for a refund to hit your account, but I can imagine it's even more stressful when you're waiting for someone to get back to you so the product can be picked up for a refund to be processed. I know I'd be anxious to get that taken care of in your shoes, so it hurts to learn you're in this position. 


That said, we're happy to step in and see what we can do to make the process smoother going forward. I see that you sent me a Private Message about this situation. I'll respond there shortly so we can work on getting this resolved!
