I made a payment on my best buy credit card for 10/05/19 but it never posted on the site nor was it taken from my account. I then submit another payment on 10/06/19 thinking it didnt go through and then after submitting it the one from the day before shows up? I tried to delete the payment or even change it to something that wont send my acct into negatives but it keeps saying error. No other problems on the site but c'mon it should work for the money they make jesus. NEED HELP CANCELLING. Also called support and couldnt get help unless I paid $5.

I understand that you are having some trouble with a double payment on your My Best Buy credit card account. Since this is in regards to your credit card account, we will need to recommend that you contact Citi, the card's issuer, directly in order to get more assistance with your concerns. They can be reached by phone at the number on the back of your card, which is (888) 574-1301. From my understanding and experience, they should not be charging you a fee to assist with your account related questions, so I would double check to ensure that you are contacting the correct phone number.
