I have many credit cards that I am paying off. I pay on line and I only have problems doing so with Citibank financed cards such as Best Buy, Shell and NTB. The issue is that my password never works when I try to pay online. I have only had this issue with Citibank cards. I try to reset password and it says the info is incorrect. After 5 years I have given up. I have switched my bills to paper and I will continue to make payments by phone. Because I cannot utilize online payments, I will no longer use my Best Buy Card. I will pay it off and be finished. My last call to Best Buy was with a supervisor and she could not fix the sign in issue. Citibank does not want to fix this issue and it will cost Best Buy business in the long run. If you are having these issues save your valuable time and accept it. I have spent hours over the past few years on the phone with customer service concerning sign in issues with Citibank financed cards. It is not going to be fixed!

Welcome to the Best Buy Forums!
I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Best Buy Credit Card. Even though we are partnered with Citibank, online credit card payments are handled through a Citibank based site. I understand you have reached out already but they would be the correct support line to assist. Please note payments can be also be made in any of our store locations. We appreciate the feedback and for reaching out.
Thank you for posting,

My message was to warn other customers that this issue is not something that will be corrected. Customers shouldn't have to call Citi bank in my opinion. Why doesn't Best Buy reach out to Citibank and suggest they make some changes?Best Buy made the decision to partner with Citibank...maybe this should change. I would rather do hard labor for a day than call Citibank. Thanks.
