I registered my best buy credit card but it has been a week and no matter what I try, I cannot get to my accont. I keep getting the message request cannot be processed. And yes, I have cleared my cache, I have also tried logging on with my ipad and my iphone. Same thing happens. I have called customer service and they could not help at all. It is extremely frustraing as I have a bill to pay and I do not have the time to go to the store to pay it or hang on the customer servie line to pay it. I see from other posts that this seems to be a common problem. How do I fix it?

You can connect with Citi's technical support line at (888) 738-4624. While I wouldn't be able to give you any specific guidance or guarantee any results for logging in, if you are trying to log in using your Best Buy account and you are encountering the issue, you can try to log in via your Citi account instead.
In the meantime, outside of calling Citi's customer service team at (888) 574-1301, payments can be made by visiting a Best Buy store, or by mail via the address mentioned on your statement. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
