I bought a TV through you. Mistake.... I bought it online and also bought the total tech for 1 year, Total comes to 2619.98. I has a 500 dollar gift card so I put it on the order. So now I had to pay 2119.58...so, I put it on my Chase card. The guys come with the TV, and it was nonfunctional. So they boxed it up and brought it back. They told me that the Chase money would be refunded and and probably the gift card, but I may have to go to the store for the gift card. I have received NOTHING back! NOTHING! I have spend about 8 hours on the phone with their off shore support I can barely understand, and I keep getting told...over and obver and over that the refund is coming. NOTHING. I called the store and spent an hour on the phone, they tell me I have to deal with the off shore support people. So I guess you are just keeping my 2119.98 and I guess my 500 gift card is gone too...just because you sold me a bad tv? What is going on? You brag about how good the service is? Seriously? I've had it...WHERE IS MY MONEY??? You cannot simply steal it and think I will just forget about it?
