Hello,
On November 24th, I purchased an Oculus Quest 2 online from Best Buy, and as part of the purchase, I was informed I would receive a $50 Promotional Best Buy Gift Card. This offer appears under my Purchases on bestbuy.com, but is requiring me to confirm my email. I have tried this several times since the purchase, and I never receive the confirmation email to activate my card. I have selected the Resend Confirmation Email several times, but it appears to not do anything. I have checked my Spam folder each time and the message does not appear there either.
Can you please help me with this? I know that this step needs to occur soon or I will lose the gift card, and I don't want that to happen. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
