Can bb even help

I purchase a tv vizio P55-F1 in novmber 20 to be exact. Ever sjnce i bought the tv its never worked properly. The cec never detects my vizio sound bar. Is it to bad so sad for me to get my money back or a replacment? Im really frustrated with this line of vizio products and ive been working with them since i got the tv with no hope or mention, ive asked, about a refund or replacment

I see, Coluk003. I still recommend you schedule a consultation with a local Geek Squad agent to see if we can help narrow down the cause of the problem. They will also be able to advise you on any fees and prices you may have to pay. You may also continue to work with the manufacturer to see what other options you may have.
