Two years ago, I bought a TV, and purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan for it, which I later availed myself of when the TV began to malfunction. They ultimately initiated a Return and Replacement for another TV ({removed per forum guidelines}). That's great, but I would like to purchase Geek Squad for the new TV as well -- yet it is not an option visible to me through my Best Buy account page.
Is it not possible to do? I don't see any specific policy saying that you don't.

I like to keep all of my electronics protected with a Geek Squad Protection plan as well! I would be happy to take a look at your order to see if we can still get the Geek Squad Protection plan added to the television! You may also be able to add the plan by viewing your order history after logging into your My Best Buy account on BestBuy.com.
