So around 2 or 3 weeks ago, I bought a Lenovo Yoga c930 Laptop. The first laptop I received had an ugly scratch on the hinge, so I got an exchange. The second laptop had a defective fan that made strange noises when I moved the laptop around, and I got an exchange again. The third laptop was functionally perfect, but the hinge was attached unevenly, so the lid/screen is slightly tilted or crooked. the whole lid/screen was also ever so slightly warped, so that the screen is somewhat curved outward... I exchanged it again. The fourth and current laptop has an even more uneven lid that is tilted, like the third laptop. The lid is also not flush with the base of the laptop when it is closed, and so there is a noticeable gap on the left side between the lid and the base of the laptop. All of these returns/exchanges happened within a few days' time, and all of them have had a defect of varying intensity. I want to return the current laptop and just get a completely different brand, but am worried that I will be banned for making too many returns that I believe are fully justified.

Thank you for connecting with us, and welcome to the Best Buy Forums!
Best Buy strives to offer our customers positive shopping experiences, and it disappoints me to read you've received multiple laptop units that were not in the condition you expected.
Your concern about the multiple exchanges is a valid one, however we suggest bringing the laptop back to the store within its Return & Exchange window, and trying to process the exchange. At this time we are not equipped to tell you in advance whether a return would be denied due to excessive exchanges/returns. Should there be an issue, you may wish to try speaking to a manager in-store about the case.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
