Camera intax mini 9

I bought the camera on August 31 and it was used in September but the problem is that when I turned it on all the lights were on, so I investigate what I could do and the batteries were changed, but it still on all the lights so wanted to know if I could return it or I will not be able to return it

Re: Camera intax mini 9

Best Buy return period is 15 days.  Unfortunalty you have exceeded that.

I would sugget contacting Intax customer support, they may have a solution for their product.

I am not an employee of Best Buy and all opinions left on this forum are my own. Please leave Kudo’s if you like a post or click Accept as Solution if a post answers your query.

Re: Camera intax mini 9

Hi there, Denisse,

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community!

We know how important capturing those precious memories are to you, so we appreciate that you came to us for your Instax Mini 9 purchase. That said, the experience you have described does not match the one we intended.

Bobberuchi is correct that our Return & Exchange Promise is 15-day for Core Members, 30-days for Elite Members, and 45-days for Elite Plus Members. However, we would be happy to explore your concerns further.

Having a product stop working properly is never fun, but we know it's even less so when it's brand new. There should be a one-year manufacture warranty on your product, just in case anything stops working after the return period. You can share your experience with Fujifilm, by filling out there contact support page here.

Otherwise, feel free to send me a Private Message with your full name, phone number, and email so we can look into this further.

Cheers,
