Got a phone call in April to collect some money I slipped up that's fine I gave them an account number to pull the money out of and they pull it out of a DIFFERENT ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION so I got overdrafted. I want my money back but of course because someone lied on their notes now I'm just getting screwed from YOUR COMPANYS screw up. Never using best buy for anything you guys lie and treat customers like dirt. You do ONE SIDED investigations to benefit yourselves. Your service reps refuse to connect me to any help shes just a wall that no one goes through I guess. I'll be taking it up as high as I can get.

Although I wish you had discovered us under happier circumstances, I'm glad you took the time to reach out to us with these concerns. Having money pulled out from a different account than expected is never ideal, so I can understand why this situation would rub you the wrong way.


This is far from the experience we intended when you signed up for a My Best Buy Credit Card, so it saddens me that this happened. Usually it would be best to work with our Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301. 


I know you mentioned that you've tried to work with one of our reps, but feel that you have run into a wall in terms of getting support. Is that the number you've been working with?
