Store interactions are not long enough to ensure every bullet point of your credit card agreement are covered in depth. This is the reason you were provided the full terms and conditions booklet, it has every bit of those details in it. Also, your monthly statements contain these same details but breaks it down specifically for your purchase. It shows you the promotional expiration date, how much deferred interest has accrued, and how much your minimum monthly payment is.
Citibank, the issuer of the Best Buy Credit Card, would be who you need to speak to regarding any fees, payments, interest etc. Best Buy doesn't have access to see your account details, nor the abilityto modify those terms as they are between you and Citibank. You can reach them at 1-888-574-1301

this is your view as an employee, you do not get it what the real customer feel, my thing is, that if i like the thing and i was agreed on an initial price, why should i go through booklet, i just simply enjoy what i bought and pay my bill. you people have unexperience and lazy personal/emplopyees who cause these kind of issues, and you never confess it. you just taking advantage of naive customers like myself. thank you for your point of view. but it is too far from real cituation. and this is about a money. not twenty diollars, honey. this is a serious issue.

Credit cards have terms and conditions, you automatically agree to them when you sign up for a card. View of an employee or not, it's not the stores fault for failing to read the small print. Customers are responsible for that, even opening a non BBY card.
You signed the contract and now the interest charged has to be paid on an item which you did not pay off in full before the promotional date.

i wished i paid using cc then i would not have any difficulties to disput the cheating which happened in the stopre, but i paid by bb card and kindly asking bb to fix the cituation however bb not responding so far, they dont care, once it is sold even in the wrong way it is fine - such a shame on businiess like that, i am not a first year customer there, the reason i am here that there is no other way to reach someone who can be fully involve in this cituation even BB press email which is only available on BB site not responding - of course there is no word to say that they are cheating on sales, not telling a customer what is going to be after the sale, sure keep going like this practice for naive citizens who do not want to read a paper but trust BB salesperson and finally punished by $621 !.great, thank you BB for making business like that

Hello, User1356390,
Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on our community forums and letting us know about your experience with this purchase. As someone who checks my bank accounts constantly, I can understand your surprise to see this unexpected charged. I'd be glad to provide some more details about the My Best Buy credit card and flexible financing promotions.
When you opt to make a purchase with flexible financing, you must pay the entire promotional purchase balance by the end of the financing term or you will have to pay the interest charged on each month's balance at the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for regular purchases. If you have multiple financing offers you can contact Citibank (888) 574-1301 to direct payments towards specific offers.
As jdogg836 mentioned, Citibank is the issuer of your My Best Buy Credit Card account. I would recommend working with Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301 for further assistance regarding your account and this charge.
I hope I was able to clear up what options are available moving forward. Please let me know if I can help with any other questions or concerns.

Hello and thank you for your respond.
I can read English what it says what I can do. One of the point is that I have been cheated by your salesperson who represent BB business, who did not educate/inform me what will happen later after my purchase there. You, BB, does not want to acknowledge the fact that I was treated as a naive customer and badly cheated at the store. Now, as you cheated me, you trying to pass me to Citibank, who did not sell me that product but financed me only. You people, BB, made this happened, and you the ones who MUST fix it. Thats why I wanted your Exsecutive Chair/Officer read this and respond to me. Why such a thing can happen in your store. Why your sale persons instead of be responsible for it, can be out of it as it is and because of unprofessional attude to the customer I need to pay $621 for it ?
According your respond, BB, you skiping above point. You just saying we did not do it at the store.
According your "recommendations", why should I contact who ever you recommended, instead,
you, BestBay, fix the damage what your employees did to me.

Good afternoon, User1356390,
Thank you for taking the time to follow up with me. Have you been able to get in contact with the location you made this purchase to let them know about your experience? If not, I would be glad to make sure they are aware of your feedback.
Do you recall the name of the associate you spoke to when making this purchase? Can you please provide some more details about the information they told you that was incorrect? Any additional information about your visit would be much appreciated.
I'd also like to document your feedback here at our Corporate Campus and will need a to gather a bit more information in order to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
As I previously mentioned, Citibank will be able to provide you further details regarding your account and any charges on it so I would recommend working with them for further information on this matter.
You can send me a private message by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post across from my name. I'll keep a lookout for your response.

They're asking you to contact Citibank because BestBuy did not charge you that interest. The bank did. People always say someone should have informed them of how everything works... have you seen those fine print booklets? Are you expecting an employee to just sit there for an hour reading the full terms to you? Stop pointing fingers and accusing everything and everyone of "cheating" you, when you simply didn't read or understand the terms of the financing offer. Honestly, you will likely have a better chance of getting help by accepting your mistake and asking them for help nicely, as a courtecy (because they definitely don't have to), instead of "demanding" they "fix" an issue they did not create. Either way. Good luck. Judging by how you describe the issue and reply to other users here, you might need it.

thank you for your opinion, you are definetely on a sale person site which is fine. dont tell me "stop pointing fingers and such...." that obviously one more proof that you dont get the cituation, it takes one minute or so from sale person to deliver and acknowledge the deal, they are trained for it, they paid for it, but they do not do it because they know you will buy it anyway because you need it and because you already came to the store, especially with kids.
thanks again for your post - it just helps BB a lot to be proud of taking advantage of naive customers and making a big sales but later show in your posts how smart is to advise us to read those papers...
