Beyond Disappointed

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Buy Casper. I will vote with my wallet and never make a purchase at any Best Buy store ever again. Best Buy, you have lost a customer for life.

Hi Mariah,

 

Thank you for your message. I appreciate receiving a response to my review. 

 
I have already wasted countless hours trying to resolve this issue and gotten nowhere except for increasing my disappointment and frustration with Best Buy. Therefore, I am not going to spend any more time typing a detailed message not knowing if a real person who actually cares is going to read it.

I also posted a negative review on Google and someone from Best Buy corporate reached out to me to discuss my issue. I am in contact with them to work towards a resolution. Thank you for your concern as well.
