I have been sent the video interview for a position at BestBuy the link works and the code but for some reason when I go to do the test microhpone and reading the prephrased sentence to says "Open the crate but don't break the glass" it keeps saying speech not recognized and stops the process from going any further. The main issue being my headset microphone and dedicated microphone work perfectly fine with every single application on my windows PC, I have made sure it is selected and not any other device to cause any issues as I know about it because I do build computers and understand drivers, firmware and as well as applications of what is selected to be used. However, Bestbuy video interview is the only thing I have came across that will not recognize my speech at all yet on every single playback you can hear my voice coming through loud and clear. There is an issue within the sites audio recognition not "understanding" what I am saying preventing me to move further in the interview process not caused by me. I have submitted a ticket and tried calling the number and have got no definite answer in return because basic what are you using which as I said doesn't apply it all works, I'm just worried that I will lose a chance to progress furthering in any possible hiring that might happen because the site recognition doesn't want to work properly. Any help would greatly be appreciated - Thank You.
