I placed my order on Tuesday and was supposed to get the item (new laptop) on Friday 3 days later.
The fedex order tracking system didn't show any issues for the first two days.
The order status has recently been updated and the deliverty date has been pushed 1-2 weeks.
The item is still listed on the website as available, you can add it to your cart, but during checkout the message says "not available".
Is it normal for BestBuy to sell items they don't have?
I'm warried that I won't receive the item at all.
The order status says that If I don't receive the item by November 25 they will issue a refund.
I was very excited about getting the new laptop and now this excitement turned into a huge disappointment.
Is there anything I can do to receive the item sooner and prevent the order from being canceled?
