As our friend geishafish mentioned, this forum is for our Best Buy U.S. stores. While we do share a name with our friends up north, we work independently from one another. That being said, customer service should always be our top priority, regardless on if the store is in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. I would suggest speaking with the leadership store at the Sault ate Marie store directly on your next visit and voicing your opinion. If that is not an option, or you don't feel comfortable doing this, you can reach out to our Canadian counterparts on Twitter by using the handle @BestBuyCanHelp or by visiting their Facebook page which is named Best Buy Canada. However, please note that the latter option only allows public posts and does not have the private message option as their Twitter handle does.
