Best buy Live Chat unable to find price match.

I made a price match inquiry with best buy Live Chat on Nov. 1 for a purchase made on Oct. 17 but recieved on Oct. 22. The agent said the price match would work and to wait a few days. As of Nov. 14 I haven't seen an email (not in spam) or the refund. I tried chatting again today but they said they can't find anything and that since I am now past the return period it is not like I can try again.

Unfortunately I don't have the chat log since it was never emailed to me. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, besides hopefully getting help here. It was a decent amount too.
