I've been trying for days to get in touch with BB Chat, as I have an item for Price Match. A few months ago, never had issues, but now the Chat is never active and the link I had from the Squad Chat is not working anymore for some time now.
Can someone please help?

Products were John Wick 3 4K Steelbook (2 copies) and Detective Pikachu Steelbook, but by now they are back on full price for John Wick and Pikachu is Sold Out, so no Price Match for me, lost $20 worth of Price Match
