Best Buy voided receipt but i paid fully with my Best Buy card

I called and the support team couldn’t help but i purchased a Sony sound bar December 2018 and i see in my bestbuy purchase history but for some reason no one else can see it or find my receipt. It is very important i locate that receipt. I don’t understand how it cannot be found if i see it on my best buy history.

Hope you have better luck dealing with their customer support than I have experienced. And contacting their corporate office is impossible it seems too.

If it's in your purchase history you should be able to print the reciept from there....

Personally, I never hang on to my receipts, and I’d be in the same position if there was one I needed from almost a year ago. If this purchase was made online, printing from your purchase history would be the way to obtain a copy. For purchases made inside our stores, we may be able to help track this down, although we’d need a bit of information from you first.
