Best Buy may be in Financial Trouble!

I ordered a KITCHENAID wall oven from Best Buy back on July 5, 2021.  (Order was apparently entered into system on July 9).  The oven was suppossed to be delivered in Sept, 2021.  Without any notice, it was missing from from the truck that showed up to my house, and since then the promised delivery date has slipped several times (promised for Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, and now May 11!).  I called KitchenAid and they said their records show that this oven was already delivered! 


I'm also making monthly payments to Best Buy on something that was never delivered!


The product is reportedly available at other chain outlets; Best Buy refused to offer me an extension of payment terms for the delayed order (now 311 days!) and I still have no idea when the hole in my kitchen cabinets will be filled. Their creditor (Citi) refuses to talk about this; and bounces me back to Best Buy. 


Is Best Buy "Kiting" orders?  Why would KitchenAid report my order fullfilled when it isn't?  


Best Buy blames "KitchenAid" supply chain disruptions; while KitchenAid blames "Best Buy" management and accounting.  


I just want to cook pizza, bread, Turkeys, casseroles, etc.  I'm a "surrogate parent" for foreign high school students that dorm near me.  Due to Covid, they were really counting on me to help feed them over the holidays.  So far, we've missed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and I have no idea when I'll receive my oven!
