I used this gift card to split payment between this visa card:
{removed per forum guidelines}
and my other credit card and had to return the item, and Best Buy won't refund me the gift card balance back to my original form of payment.
I DONT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING AT YOUR STORE you thick headed people. REFUND MY BALANCE.

Did you process a return and haven't seen the balance appear back on your gift card, or did a store manager decline a particular request of yours? I'm 100% sure that you won't help me anyways because the 25 support agents I talked to already won't.
And I told you guys on the phone before I ordered my last hard drive that this would not work out when I returned my item to the Pinole Fitzgerald CA store.
YOU people would not listen.
Now you want me to go back to that store and talk to the manager. WHAT THE HECK DO YOU THINK THAT IS GOING TO ACCOMPLISH. nothing.

Anyways I got a cardholder dispute form I'm going to fill out and submit.
