I would INSERT an image if I could figure out how to do that.... Above button doesn't seem to allow CLIPBOARD PASTE nor BROWSING to a photo on my laptop.... SIGH... I guess I dont get it...

Okay so Norton is giving a false positive on Bestbuy.com. Happens a lot. I know Kaspersky also gives some issues with some websites. That isn't necessarily something Best Buy is able to address. I also fail to understand what Amazon has to do with any of this.

It sounds like you're having some trouble shopping online with us due to a false positive being presented by your computer protection software. I am sorry you're having this experience.
Although I wish there was more we could do, I'm afraid this is something that would need to be addressed by Symantec.
