Hi. I bought something in the Best Buy eBay store and they still have not shipped the item yet. It’s been 5 days and I have messaged them 2 times through the eBay contact form but they don’t respond. All I am asking for is a response stating when they will ship this item. If I knew this was going to be the case, I would never have shopped there. All other eBay stores ship within same day or latest within 2 days. If they don’t, they send a message to the buyer explaining what’s going on. They don’t leave a buyer in the wind. Especially one that spends thousands and been shopping there for years through store and bestbuy.com. I thought the eBay experience would be similar. But I was definitely wrong.
