Best Buy did not refund money yet

We have been waiting a month to get our money back on order # {removed per forum guidelinesI}. We called the help desk several times they said we have to wait a billing cycle. We canceled the order on May 11th today is the 7th of June. We got one of the refunds for 1000.00 still waiting for the 789.00 which is a international visa card. I spoke to my bank they still havent received the refund for 789.00. I need this to be resolved!!!
