To whom it may concern,
I signed up for Best Buy Total Tech Support around January/February of 2020. Unfortunately, COVID-19 pandemic started. I was terrified and I believed that everyone else was too. Andso, for a whole year, I didn't go anywhere unless there was an emergency. Therefore, I didn't get a chance at all to use any of the Best Buy Total Tech Support, which I paid about $200.00 for it. One month ago, I recieved an email about the yearly renewal, and so I called the Tech Support. I explained to the representatives and asked if I can have my account renew without being charged to make up the whole year I've lost. They agreed and gave me a confirmation number. However, on the renewal date (March 08,2021), they charged my account. I called Tech Support again and explain to another representative all over again and he said, " oh sorry, we can't do that." I told him how unfair it is for me to pay almsot $200 dollar for Total Teach Support and didn't get a chance to use it at all because of the pandemic. He said" oh, why didnd't you go in December?" . I got so angry with him after he said that. How could he asked me that when 'SAFETY IS THE ONLY CONCERN and we were on LOCKDOWN?". I hope the corporate would understand the situation and give me another year of Total Tech Support so I can get a chance to use it this year!
