Best Buy Tech Service Membership is Fraudulent

I have spent DAYS and HOURS trying to get through to at least USE or CANCEL my membership. Whether I call, try to chat on the 24-hour customer service website, or go into a store personally, no one is willing or able to help me.


PLEEEEEEEASE cancel my useless membership. 


It is 9 p.m. and I tried once again to "chat" with your 24-hour customer service. NOT working!!!!!!!!!!!


This is false advertising and I am about to storm social media with my frustration of your fraudulent claims.
