Is there a contact number that law enforcement can send information requests to? I've tried several times to find someone in customer service who deals with fraud and credit card theft issues with no luck.

If so, official requests from law enforcement of that nature must be made in writing on agency letterhead to Best Buy’s corporate office. I'm looking for a point of contact for your Law Enforcment Portal or Fraud Investigations. Currently working investigations that involve fraudulent purchases of Best Buy Gift Cards to include fraudulent acquired cards.
