Best Buy Home App

I have been trying for months to get the Home App to work but it does not.  I am able to log in with the app, however it does not pull up my purchases.  Here is the troubleshooting I have tried:


1-  Re installed the app

2-  Installed on different devices

3-  reset password


I think this is neat feature if I could get it to work.
