Hi,
I purchased $500 Best Buy gift card at Ralphs (grocery store) on 3/6/23. The receipt stated that all prepaid card sales is final and the gift card was activated successfully.
Upon checking at Best Buy website, it states: the gift card number or PIN you entered is not valid.
I called Best Buy 1-888-237-8289 and was told the gift card is in-active and was told to returned to the store (Ralphs).
I spoke with store manager on 3/6/23 and was referred to Ralphs' gift card support and they gave me Case # {removed per forum guidelines} and they told me to go to Best Buy.
Can you pelase help me with this? I have the receipt and physical card if you need it.

Thank you for reaching out on the Forums' Community. I know not having an activated gift card is upsetting. Gift cards bought outside of Best Buy is consider 3rd party and you would need to partner with the purchasing location or try Gift Card Center. If you need a further assistance.
