Months ago I presented a dispute for a purchase I made using the Best Buy card. I was directed to submit my concern through fax or letter and did both but have yet to gain support.
I responded to initial dialogues with the support team by providing specific and evident proof related to my request and the circumstances. I have been asked to work with the Executive Response Unit.
I repeated my request for support from Best Buy and remain persistent in gaining support/reibursement. I will provide an update on the situiation upon the response.
