Hello hope all is well.. i recently made a purchase thru Best_Buy Ebay i received the order today after waiting two weeks. i need to return the item.. i tried contacting BestBuy thru ebay and no one replies.. i call best buy customer service and they can't help since it was purchase thru bestbuy ebay.. the package did NOT come with a Packing slip nor did i get an invoice so i Dont have a BBY01- Number to return the item to the store can someone please help..

They can still return it at the store. Print out the Ebay order and take it with you.

thanks i had to start an Ebay return and then Best_Buy Ebay replied with the BBY01-number which i then took the items and the number to my local Bestbuy to return for a full refund.
