I have been on the phone and in the Bowling Green store for 2 hours with no success. Because of the non existant customer service I will not shop at Best Buy anymore. I have a simple issue that other companies that cared could solve in 10 minutes. What this experience tells me is that the Best Buy upper management does not care about their employees and the employees do not care about the customers.
