I receive my new Best Buy CC in the mail in June 5th, 2019. I registered the card and answered security questions and added a payment account. Everything seemed as if it was accepted. When I attempted to log in, I received this error message: Unable to process request, please try again later. I have tried the following: cleared cache, a different browser, different devices, and changed password. I called CS. It is not fixed and I can still not log in. CS does not seem able to help. What can I do?

Some amazing benefits that come with being a cardholder include the promotional financing and 5% back in rewards certificates. I am sorry to learn that you are experiencing technical difficulties logging into your account. There are times when the site might be unable to process the request due to a website outage. However, if you still haven't done so, I would suggest you reach out to Citibank Technical Assistance at 1-888-738-4624. I am sure they will be best equipped to answer your question or troubleshoot your online account.

I have already called CS as stated in my post I called CS once today and once yesterday. They do not know what is wrong with it. I have never been able to log in to my account.

Thank you for following up with us. Because these cards are issued by our partner Citibank I would recommend continuing to work with them for further assistance. We are unable to view or modify account information for the My Best Buy credit card.

I still can not log in. I have called CS four times now. I guess I'll just close out the card, as it's not worth my time at this point. Telling me to keep calling CS is plain nonsense.

Where exactly can you not log in? Is it just the normal BestBuy.com or the citiretailservices link posted above.
If it involves the citiretailservices side, including when you click the Manage Accounts link under Credit Cards on Best Buy.com, that entire page as well as the credit card program is handled by Citibank and Best Buy doesn't have access to it.
