I havebeen on hold with Best Buy customer service all together more than an hour. I was sent a coupn in the mail for Ring camers from Best Buy via USPS. I misplaced that coupon and I am requesting another. It seems that this should be very simple, but I am being told that they are sent out by robots. Can someone help?

I have a Ring, and I love it! A coupon for one must have been pretty exciting to receive. The sad news here is that we do not typically replace coupons once they have been sent. As coupons are typically randomly generated to customers with one-time use codes that should be treated as cash, meaning if they are lost, they cannot be replaced.
Nevertheless, if you send us over a private message with your phone number, full name, and email, we'd be happy to see if the coupon is tied to your My Best Buy account and therefore digitally available.
