I just applied and was aproved for the Best Buy Citi Credit Card. I went in to make an in store purchase without my physical card and was denied. For the past two days, I ha ve been on the phone trying to solve this situation. I was told in order to get verification, I had to wait for a phone call that would be received an hour after hanging up. This is the second time this has been told to me, but I have not received a phone call yet.

Just to be sure, are you trying to get in touch with Citibank? If so, I'd recommend continuing to contact them at (888) 574-1301.
