This morning 11/15/22 around 10 AM MST, I was speaking with a Best Buy rep, Luis who was able to assist me with a price match for a TV that I had recently purchased. I was hoping I would receive an email of our chat, but I have not received that.
Is there a way i can receive a transcript/log of our conversation?
