Hello photobug,
Thank you for your patience while we began our research. When we tested the Best Buy app, the Apple Pay button was available to us at checkout.
To help us continue looking into this for you, please reply with the following:
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi John,
I'm using an iPhone 6 (not a 6S) with iOS 9.0.2. I am signed into my BestBuy.com account. When I select "Cart", I see my name just above the yellow Checkout bar. There is not an Apple Pay option shown on that screen.

Basically, I have two things. The first is that the Best Buy app fails to connect at all if my phone is connected to a VPN or proxy network. This is fairly inconvenient, as I am usually connected to a VPN while on public Wi-Fi networks.
Second, the app now prevents taking screenshots. This behavior was intentionally implemented by the developers.
Really my question is, why.
Why am I disallowed from capturing screenshots inside the application? And why are proxy networks and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) being censored.
I am able to access to application fine if I disconnect my VPN. But while connected to my VPN, I receive the message "We're sorry, something went wrong. We're having trouble communicating with our servers. Tap to try again."
It seems this is intentional as well, possibly to prohibit network exploits or such.
Really, I just wanted clarification for why this behavior was implemented.
