I would recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. This typically would take care of login issues you might be having.

How can I disable Promotions Notifications? In the app, I've gone under More-> Notifications, and disabled it. Then I'll continue to get notifications. If I disable the setting, force close the app, and reopen it, it's enabled again!
I've disabled Notifications for the app at the OS level until this is fixed.

I apologize for any frustration with receiving the unwanted notifications. I'm not sure why disabling these notifications in the app is not working for you, but I'd be happy to look into this further to determine how this might be fixed.
In order to further research this, can you please confirm with me what phone OS you are using and what version number of the app you have? This should assist in determining the best steps to complete this for you, or determine if there may be another issue causing this.

I've been trying to use Apple Pay with the Best Buy app but the option never shows up. According to the Best Buy announcement in April 2015 (at https://corporate.bestbuy.com/apple-pay-now-accepted-in-best-buy-app-coming-to-stores-later-this-yea... the "Buy with Apple Pay" is supposed to be right below the yellow Checkout bar, but I cannot get it to appear. Apple Pay is working on the phone. I've tried emailing Best Buy support twice (first time was told to ask Apple, second time haven't yet received a response other than the automated acknowlegment), and calling Best Buy support (got transfered four times because the department that I was connected to was the wrong one -- two of those transfers were to the Geek Squad; then the call was disconnected).
I also talked to a sales associate in my local store today, and he brought me over to the in-store Apple expert. Neither of them knew how to get it to show either.
I've tried this under both iOS 9.0.1 and 9.0.2, and have deleted and reinstalled the app. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the login, as I'm able to see my name, and the points and certificates on my rewards account.
I've been trying to buy something through the app for a week and a half now, and haven't been able to.
Would anyone have any suggestions on how to get Apple Pay working within the Best Buy app?
