Best Buy App Not Logging Me In

I'm writing to see if I can find a solution to this. Ever since about Black Friday, I've been having a major issue with the Best Buy app. It doesn't log me in to my account. I attempt to put in my credentials, hit login and just bounces me right back to the home screen of the app like nothing ever happened. Yet, the app on my iPad works fine along with the regular website versions seem to be working fine. I've attempted to clear the history and what not from the app, nothing. I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, nothing. I've even went to the extent of doing a hard reset on my mobile phone, still nothing. Someone please reach out to me regarding this to get it resolved. It really a headache!

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience with the Best Buy app. As someone who uses my phone for nearly everything I could imagine how frustrating it would be to unable to log into a website without using an app. I'd be glad to see what options we may have to help.

 

I'd like to start off by reviewing your My Best Buy and getting a bit more information about your device. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

 

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Model of phone

Operating system of phone
