I love being able to use Apple Pay to make purchases. I can remember the first time I used my face to my something on my iPhone X, it was great! I hate to hear that you're having some issues using this feature when making a purchase on our website, or via our app. I would suggest making sure that if you're online you clear your cookies and cache, or try a different browser. For the app, I would try shutting it down and opening it back up, or even uninstalling and then reinstalling it. Lastly, I'd make sure that your payment information is up-to-date with Apple and that there aren't any issues that way.
