9/3/20, set up my new HP Office Inkjet Pro 9015 wireless All-in one. 9/3/20, also registered for Easy Repelish program. Easy.. Right?? But NO.. December 22, low ink indicator on my computer..But wait! My Easy Replish will have already ordered new ink!.. BUT NO... my BB account shows Easy Replenish is Active, and my Printer indicates the ink is low, and since it have Easy Replenish, my ink should be on its way..BUT NO..it's not ... called BB...now the fun begins... Customer support rep #1 had nothing for me.. he could hardly speak, since he had zero idea what I was talking about. I had to ask for a supervisor just to get someone to have an actual back and for the dialogue with me. He transferred me to a Geek Squad agent - lucky for me I have a 100% total protection package! Right?.. BUT NO... not a tech support problem...transferred me back to customer support.. she took all of the information,from me again...name, phone number (in case we get disconnected), date of purchase, etc .... places me on hold for 10ish minutes and suddenly I am disconnected. The agents Does call me back and and places me on hold. About 5 minutes into the hold, I am suddenly and unexpectedly connected to... wait for it.... the geek squad! lucky for me I have a 100% total protection package! Right?.. BUT NO... not a tech support problem...transferred me back to customer support..By now, I am a bit testy. This agent promises me I will NOT be placed on hold. She understands the product and will stay with me the entire time. I tell her I REALLY want a superviosr. She promises I will have her AND a supervisor help me get this resolved...Roughly 10 minutes into the contact I hear music on the line, which can only mean... I am on hold.. and not just any hold, but the magical kind where I a transported to....wait for it.....A Geek Squad agent!! ...and lucky for me I have a 100% total protection package! Right?.. BUT NO.. this is not a tech support problem, so he will have to send me back to purgatory AKA - Customer support... so this little journey respresents more than 2 hours of my time.. all to see why a program BB offers is failing to work properly.. so I hung up and ordered new ink from Amazon. Alexa promised me she would automatically remind me to check to see if my once was low in the future.. such a nice and efficient ga, that Alexa...... so - BB.. what's the hell is with your "Easy To Aggrivate out customers Replenish Program"? PLEASE EXPLAIN !

Welcome to our forums. I’m sorry to hear there seems to be some confusion regarding the status of our Easy Replenish program, and I regret any inconvenience your experience with our other support teams has caused.
To clarify, while our Easy Replenish program is still active, please know that printer ink is no longer included in this program. As such, we’ll be unable to offer you ink for your printer through the Easy Replenish program, and I apologize if this information was not relayed to you in a more timely manner. If you have any additional questions regarding what is offered through Easy Replenish, you'll find more informaiton here.
Going forward, if you’re still in need of ink for your printer, I recommend purchasing your ink manually, and you’ll find our available options here.
