Been waiting for an hour to speak with a manager

I called in to change the name on a pick up lease order for some reason Best Buy system is showing the incorrect information for the person that paid for the order. My Best Buy account is in my name with my information the lease is in my name as well, I even received my confirmation with my information on it. I asked the first rep to transfer me to a manager and he transferred me to progress leasing (not even the same company) the second rep is still trying to verify my account but need to speak with the person before the move forward with helping me I explained that person is too available but the account is main… I asked to speak with a manager again and I’ve been on hold for an hour now and the rep has not once clicked back in to update me… amazing customer service Best Buy
