Bad customer service

Very unsatisfactory service. I never opened the product and missed the return date due to being in and out of the hospital. Went into the store #1172 610 exterior and called cooperate and got no where. Disappointed in the customer service to say the least!!!!v

I know that when I’m ill I have a hard time keeping track of details, and if you were sick enough for a hospital stay I’m sure returning any items were not on your high-priority list. I certainly hope that you’re feeling better now so your life can start going back to normal.

 

Regarding returning or exchanging items at Best Buy, there is indeed a set timeframe for customers to complete those services. You can see more about returns and exchanges on our website here. While I cannot promise a different outcome, I would like to take a closer look at your situation to see what options may be available for you going forward. To get started, can you please provide some additional details?

 

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Either the customer service PIN from the bottom of your original purchase receipt (if purchased in store), or your Order Number (if purchased online)
  • What item are you seeking to return?
  • Why are you seeking to return that item?

To the far right of my signature, which is directly below this line of text, there is a darker blue box that says "Private Message". You'd just want to select that option.
