Bad Customer service

I have an issue for over a month I returned a phone I purchased online to a store with a trade in. I got my refund but when it got time to get my store credit for the phone that I traded in they seem be at a loss. I called the 800 number who referred me to the store manager. I emailed the store manager but I have not gotten a response from anyone. Is there anything else I can do other than to camp out in front of the store an wait for the manager to show up? The last time I was there I took three hours to get nowhere.

I can understand wanting to ensure you get the value of the phone you traded-in back if you returned the phone that it was initially used on. I can take a closer look into this to see what options we may have available to get this done for you.
